We have many opportunities for you to serve and support what God is doing in and through YWAM Cross Wind. Whether you join us full-time for two years or six years, we would love to hear from you.

​Staff Requirements Checklist:

DTS Completion: You have successfully completed a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS), including the outreach phase.

Commitment Length: You are prepared to make a minimum staff commitment of two consecutive years serving full-time with our campus.

Financial Stewardship: You are committed to investing the time necessary for support raising and staying connected with your donors. You also understand that you are required to carry your own health insurance.
Staffing Requirements for Married Couples
If you are married, we believe ministry is best done together. We ask that both the husband and wife be involved in ministry at our YWAM campus and apply at the same time.

We are committed to supporting families in ministry and offer flexibility:

You may choose to split time 50/50 between staff ministry roles and parenting.

One parent may serve in a full-time staff role while the other remains supportive and actively engaged in the community.​

Information for International Applicants
As we are still pioneering, we are working toward being able to process the necessary religious visas for international staff. Please contact us directly to check the current status and see if we have the team capacity to assist with your visa needs.
Opportunities to Serve
YWAM operates through a faith-based support model. Therefore, our staff positions are filled by unpaid, self-supported volunteers. Applicants must be ready and committed to raising the minimum monthly support requirement of $1,000 per individual or $1,800 per couple.

OUTREACH LEADERS
We’re looking for leaders for our local outreach ministry, and DTS outreach leaders
SCHOOL LEADERS
We need school leaders for our DTS schools, and pioneering new schools here at this beautiful 61 acres of property.
ACCOUNTING
Money, money, money! This requires a bit of training but if you're a numbers person you'll love this position.
DTS STAFF
Our Discipleship Training School is looking to grow their team so more students can begin their journey in missions.
